As a guest at Avista Apartments, you will receive the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass at no extra cost, which allows for unlimited travel on all local public transport within the region, including buses, regional trains, and selected cable cars. Special lines such as Nightliner, long-distance trains, and certain alpine routes are not included.
Animals (pets)
The entry and stay of animals of any kind (including small animals) is prohibited.
Cancellation policy
- Up to seven days before arrival, our guests can cancel free of charge.
- For cancellations within seven days before arrival, our guests will be charged 50 % of the amount of the stay.
- If guests do not turn up, they will be charged the full amount of the stay.

- A modern, newly refurbished bathroom with shower, WC, bidet, towels, hairdryer, toilet paper, shampoo and shower gel
- A fully equipped modern eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, cooker, sink, pots, cutlery, glasses, coffee maker and a kettle. You will also find a small sofa for 2 persons with Smart TV 4K (terrestrial and satellite) plus a dining area.
