Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass included for free
As a guest at Avista Apartments, you will receive the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass at no extra cost, which allows for unlimited travel on all local public transport within the region, including buses, regional trains, and selected cable cars. Special lines such as Nightliner, long-distance trains, and certain alpine routes are not included.
Animals (pets)
The entry and stay of animals of any kind (including small animals) is prohibited.
Cancellation policy
- Up to seven days before arrival, our guests can cancel free of charge.
- For cancellations within seven days before arrival, our guests will be charged 50 % of the amount of the stay.
- If guests do not turn up, they will be charged the full amount of the stay.

With an area of 84 m2, it can accommodate 4 people - on request up to 6 people - for a relaxing holiday that leaves nothing to be desired:
- 2 beautiful bedrooms for 2 persons each with a king-size bed (180x200), hypoallergenic bed linen, very large wardrobes, Smart TVs 4K (terrestrial and satellite) and room safes
- On request a large sofa bed for 2 persons (160x200)
- 2 bathrooms with shower, WC, bidet, towels, hairdryer, toilet paper, shampoo and shower gel
- 2 fully equipped modern eat-in kitchens with dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, cooker, sink, pots, cutlery, glasses, coffee maker, kettle and a sofa with Smart TV 4K (terrestrial and satellite) plus a dining area
- If necessary, one of the two kitchens can be "hidden" behind a fabric roller blind to create a spacious living-dining area with a cosy sofa and large Swiss pine
- 2 balconies offer a panoramic view of the city, the Merano racecourse, the Adige valley that stretches towards Bolzano, the surrounding mountains of the Texel Group as well as Dorf Tirol and Schenna
